Ugh. I had a call like that on Monday. I'd been sending this lady
letters for weeks trying to get hold of her, because I didn't have a
phone number. She called and left me a voicemail, carefully spelling
her name and her daughter's name and repeating them twice each, and then
a burst of static on her phone line covered up the last digit of her
phone number. *sigh*
