Door #5 -- Since it'll be quite some time between TLT 1 and any TLT 2,
they'll start all over again with approximately the same budget for a
TLT 2 and *after* that see how much they can afford to increase the
budget for any future movies. TLT 2 will, in effect, become the
second pilot for the TLT DVD series.

LORELAI: I am so done with plans. I am never, ever making one again.
It never works. I spend the day obsessing over why it didn't work
and what I could've done differently. I'm analyzing all my shortcomings
when all I really need to be doing is vowing to never, ever make a plan
ever again, which I'm doing now, having once again been the innocent
victim of my own stupid plans. God, I need some coffee.

Probably years.

TLT #1 wasn't a movie. It was two B-threads in series.

Even more years away.
