With the winter holiday season upon us novels are always a populate gift choice. With that in mind, what titles are you either giving this year or are hoping to receive?

This year it seems that the mainstream works by Koontz and King are the dominant titles requested in my family.

So did anybody get some interesting reading for Christmas?

With the new year coming up fast I'll be able to have some down time for a bit; what new novels of 2007 should I pick up?

I gave autobiographical ones to relatives. Didn't get any in return strangely.
