Have you checked out the new version of phpBB yet? For an open source application it looks like a nice package.

No I haven't but thanx for the link - I bookmarked it im my creativity folder for future reference.
My forum is mostly just my posts. I don't get many real-time visitors like you do. If someone does post I do respond tho.
