Most scenes cut away after he starts using TK to cut open the head of
his victim.
What we've seen:
James Walker: Sitting at a table with his head open and brain missing.
Charlie: She walks into the store room and begins opening a can. She
stops, and a cut appears over her brow, with blood flowing from it. Cut
to the dining room. Hiro gets up to use the bathroom, Ando hears a noise
from the store room, and one of the other waitresses finds the body.
Jackie Wilcox: Sylar uses TK to slam Claire into a wall, attacks Jackie,
and rips the top of her head off. He stops when Claire heals, and he is
thwarted from attacking her by Peter.
Zane Taylor: Sylar walks into his apartment, Zack shows what he can do,
and nothing else until Mohinder shows up, and Zane is dead in the kitchen.
Dale Smither: Sylar sneaks up on her, she asks what the sound in his
heart is, and Sylar replies "murder". Cut to the next day, when Mohinder
discovers the body.
Peter: Sylar begins cutting his head open, but is surprised by the
healing, which gives Peter the chance to turn the table.
Ted Sprague: Sylar uses TK to flip the paddywagon and open the back
doors. Ted is hanging upside down, and Sylar cuts his head open.
Michelle/Candice: Sylar hit her with a cup, and attacks her. Cut to him
wiping his bloody hands.
