The novel, _Heroes: Saving Charlie_ was released today in hardback. No
need to tell you what it's about; the title is self explanatory.

So maybe we should get back to discussing Heroes instead of the insane
and inane ongoing flamefest; there were more than 100 messages in it
today, with only three people posting to it.

Well, maybe that will keep them occupied while the rest of us discuss
Heroes.

What can we say, Michelle? With so few posting, there's not much else to
do.....
The writer's strike seems to have really slowed things down. :(

Well, everyone go out and buy the book. It lists for $20, but Barnes
and Nobel has 20% off, plus an additional 10% off for their club members.

Hardback? Who wants to buy a cheap tie in novel in hardback?

I set my newsreader to kill the threads when they show up so, I'll see that
there are new topics in teh overview of groups I subscribe to, but when I
open the group, any posts in those 2 threads go bye bye.

Read a book, watch TV, argue in private e-mails, twiddle your thumbs, go to
a concert, walk outside, walk inside, shop, eat, cook, bake, clean, take up
some hobbie that doesn't make the rest of us have to filter through your
inane argument.

Me too; my newsreader groups messages by thread and tells me how many
messages are in each thread; that's how I knew there were more than 100.

It certainly saves me a lot of time.

I'm thinking about posting an Origins story, based on the Super power
I'd like to have thread. I'll post it in six parts so that it will
feel just like a real show.
