Worf, in the episode 'Disaster' when he's helping keiko give birth:

"Congratulations, you have reached 10 centimeters dilation. You may now
give birth."

Boy that cracked me up.

That was a great episode all around! Marina Sirtis gave an especially good
performance. I've been pretty impressed with her acting throughout the
series.

It is a great episode, a personal favorite, and arguably one of the five
best neglected episodes. My favorite line comes at the end when Picard says
something to Riker ("Number One") and the little girl answers ..

Come to think of it, all the great one liners are either from Worf or Worf
related. Luxanna's constantly saying "Woof." Q's constant insults (Eat any
good books lately). Plus from the man himself ("I must protest, I am NOT a
merry man" and "DEATH TO THE OPPOSITION" from DS9).

I was watching season 4 recently and in the episode Qpid (the Robin Hood
episode), Worf says to Picard, "Sir, I protest. I am not a merry man!". He
later smashes Geordi's mandolin and apologizes.

Another light hearted take on Worf :-) which I found amusing!
