woman who tries to tell House that her sister is a
vampire slayer.

Well, partially right. She was in house - as a young woman with a heart
transplant that develops weird problems House has to figure out.

A more tenuous connection: House, like the BtVS characters, knows that
he is on a tv show, and that it airs on Tuesday nights. In the ep where
Mira Sorvino guest stars, House is trying to scam his superiors at the
hospital into installing cable in his office. When told that he's just
going to have to live with the broadacts networks, he says something to
the effect of "That'd be okay on Tuesdays".

Indeed!
And when he does it's a good thing her sister wasn't around. She would have
caused him great pain!
Unless he explained to her that he was slaying very tiny vampires. :D
