How would a vampire who is an actor put on his/her makeup without being
able to see him/herself in a mirror?

as usual with Timmette, the premise is staked to a misconception.
IF they were afraid of reflections from a mirror, then lenses,
teleprompters, etc. would all be 'danger'.

As would the Sun lights used in the productions.

Vampires are not afraid of reflections in mirrors. Vampires don't MAKE
reflections in mirrors!
