I got the impression that he was only mildly annoyed- as if from someone
who is pissed off that it took them 3 DAYS to rescue him when he was
expecting to be rescued in 3 hours. It was not a "Thank God - I've been
in here for a whole freakin year- WTF took you guys so long?"


Anyone else get that impression?

Well, given that we don't know the circumstances of his "return", it may
not have been "a year", month, week, or 3 hours since he was
imprisoned...

It was a pointless episode. What did we learn? Carson is a clone. Well
there's ashock. That he's going to die? There's a shock. That Michael played
theOTT bad guy injecting Tey'la with some green liquid and they all got shot
at a few times.

After watching that episode I just thought, they've totally run out of
ideas. The whole Michael thing is rather pointless. Just kill him off and be
done with it please.

O'brien returns to DS9 after a conference and notices everyone seems to be
treating him with kid gloves or acting strangely around him. He finds
various things he should have access to beginning to be locked out.

He thinks the entire station has been taken over, works on a few acts of
sabotage and tries to escape from the station.

Turns out that he's a robot and the real O'brien was captured by aliens and
his replacement programmed with his memories and sent back firmly believing
he's the real thing.

Everyone on the station had been informed by the resistance on that planet
about the switch so he was the only one not in the know.

The Kindred parts 1 & 2 seems oddly familar to the Ori story arc on
SG1. Michael is trying to recruit desciples to take over the galaxy
and he needs a special baby to do so.
