"Monk and the very very old man" episode
This is the one where Monk jumps on the table screaming about the Snakes.
And in case you didn't remember, he gives his list of Phobias.
As Monk jumps on the table, the Captain says," I thought you were afraid of Heights?"
And Monk replies, " Snakes trump heights ! "
he then lists his phobias:
Germs
Needles
Milk
Death
Snakes
Mushrooms
Heights
Crowds
Elevators

Germs live in milk.
It comes from nasty cows in dirty stalls.
It might not be Pasteurized correctly, and you may die if you drink
it.
:)
When does it air now?

You can't see microbes.
Milk isn't clear. You can't see what's in there.
It could be anything!
And stalls are...dirty.
