Is there really a police scanning device that gives off a purple light,
as often shown in CSI? In the Monk episode he scoffed at the idea.

Vic Chao is a popular Asian model and has nice abs.

This Monk was fairly good and I really liked the scene where Monk is
sitting at home alone while the others are at the party.

Isn't it just a blacklight, i.e. ultraviolet?
