SoHillsGuy 08-05-2005, 02:32 PM A quick stop at the imdb.com site -- the first place people should go for info like this -- would have informed you that Traylor is her mother's maiden name. romance@kokoski.com 08-05-2005, 03:00 PM And a former star of "Two Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza"... sitcom on ABC 98-01 (before reality tv invaded and turned broadcast to mush). Not bad as Natalie Teeger on Monk. Spunky junior assistant who doesn't coddle as much as Sharona did. Monk on USA at 10pm tonight (opposite of BSG). Fun show on my "must see" lists this summer. SoHillsGuy 08-05-2005, 03:33 PM I do find it a bit implausible, though, that Natalie is still calling him "Mr. Monk" after what is supposed to be more than a year on the job, already. Didn't Sharona call him Adrian? Yes, but she had already been with him for years when the first episode began. -Dan Damouth Steve Latham 08-05-2005, 05:15 PM "Daniel Damouth" <damouth@san.rr.com> wrote in message news:Xns96A980D1E5873damouthsanrrcom@66.75.169.11. .. > "SoHillsGuy" <sohillsguy@aol.com> wrote in > news:1123270416.820277.112270@g43g2000cwa.googlegr oups.com: > >> I do find it a bit implausible, though, that Natalie is still calling >> him "Mr. Monk" after what is supposed to be more than a year on the >> job, already. > > They don't have that kind of relationship yet. > >> Didn't Sharona call him Adrian? > > Yes, but she had already been with him for years when the first episode > began. > Also, Natalie always refers to him as "my boss" - she's an employee, where it seems to me that Sherona was more of a nurse that was hired by Adrian's insurance company (likley if he had good insurance with the SFPD) - it seems to me that she originally would say she's his "nurse" or caretaker or something like that didn't she - but didn't it also happen later that she became his assistant (or more of a co-worker) - because it seems to me there were some (but not the earlier ones) episodes where he had trouble paying her.
