This episode appears to have been shot on the set of 'Las Vegas'. Does
anyone know for sure? The M logo on the lift seems to suggest it was, also
the bar where Stottlemeyer was singing looks like Delinda's restaurant
'Mystique' from the show. Even the casino chips look like the ones from
that series.

Good eye. This kind of thing actually happens fairly often. For
instance, when "Smallville" needed to shoot an Oval Office sequence a
couple of years ago, they borrowed the "West Wing" set, which itself is
a reuse of a set built for the film "The American President." (Aaron
Sorkin was the common demoninator between the latter two.)

The 'West Wing' set was also used for the movie 'Thirteen Days'.
Is Aaron Sorkin any relation to Arleen Sorkin (from Batman: TAS)?

Doesn't appear so, unless they're distantly related. Aaron grew up in
Scarsdale, NY; Arleen in Washington, DC.
