"Tim Bruening" has an odd habit of not responding to much of anything, until
usually 6-months to a year later. I don't know if it's intentional or not,
but its quite odd.

Maybe he is posting from a quarter lightyear away? Three months for the
signal to reach him, three months for his answer to return?

Put in simple terms, he's an immature, self-absorbed, narcissistic idiot.
I've been on other groups where he's inflicted his presence, and without
exception the posters have vomited up things they respected more. Killfile
him, or at least stop responding; if he stops getting attention, he'll move
on.

He's actually apparently autistic.

That wouldn't be the weirdest excuse I have ever seen on Usenet. :-P
