The Sentients of the Universe vs the Tauri:

We, the Sentients of the Universe, have found the Tauri, aka Earthers, aka
humans, aka terrans, to be guilty of Massive Criminal Negligence, and a
danger to sentient life on a cosmic scale:
--Opening the stargate and revealing the presence of Earth to the Goa'uld.
--Turning off the Asgardian Thor's Hammer protecting a planet from Goa'uld
returning thru the stargate.
--Awakening the Wraith centuries earlier from their hibernation.
--Triggering a civil war among the Wraith tribes leading them to attacking
the "food" of their rival Wraith tribes.
--Awakening the Asuran replicators and then reprogramming them to attack the
Wraith, which they did by indirectly attacking the "food" of the Wraith.
--Creating Michael, a hybrid Wraith / human who has infected the "food" of
the Wraith.
--Alerting the Ori of the presence of sentients in the Milky Way galaxy.

The last 5 acts alone have resulted in genocide on an interplanetary scale.
The Tauri stumble about the universe claiming to help people but in bumbling
so massively they disrupt the albeit imperfect but orderly structure already
in place.

And, to paraphrase a Tauri expression, to pour salt onto an already sucking
chest wound, we have evidence of the Tauri blowing up a planet, a star and
possible an entire universe (or at least unleashing highly destructive
quantum "exotic" particles into a parallel universe).

Good sentients of the universe, having seen all the evidence before you, I
believe there can be only one verdict: GUILTY on all charges of crimes
against sentientality.

What say you?

As a DA (Dimensional Attorney), the entire universe in this dimension is in
my jurisdiction.

Like the upcoming case, Sentients of the Space-Time Continnuum vs TUFOP (The
United Federation.Of Planets), I mean really, bad enough you got some ...
bullboy?, cowchild? whatever, ... some hotshot galivanting around from
planet to planet wrecking their government, which was relatively a minor
fine, but those trips thru time ... sorry, crossed over to serious crime
there, buddy.

OBJECTION!

This was only the case with Ra! That System Lord kidnapped and enslaved a
great number of humans millennia ago.
For the next contact with the Goa'uld Apophis was responsible.
He attacked and abducted US Airforce personnel. It was Apophis who opened
Pandora's box.
Every sentient knows, or should know, well enough to leave the Terrans
alone.

Accidently! That must be added.

O, come on! Blowing up stars is fun! Admit it!

Tauri,

I recommend you use your right offered to you by the equivalent of what
Americans call their Fifth Amendment.
My second recommendation is to blaim the System Lord Apophis of the Goa'uld.

Hey, it's not only humans who mess about with time y'know...
What're you going to do about those pesky galifrayans?
(or rather, the remaining one or two)?

What're you going to do about the galactic government itself, not only
messing about with time travel, allowing the creation of RECREATIONAL
activities in significant historical events such as the big bang and the end
of the universe itself, but sanctioning the creation of a ship powered by
possibly the most disruptive propulsion drive ever conceived?

This drive has caused all of these events and more...
Transportation of and or creation of sentient beings in wildly inappropriate
and ultimately fatal environments. Transformation of people into...
things... Causing a genocidal war which resulted in the utter destruction of
2 planets and later, the consumption of the final survivors of those
civilsations by a small earthbound quadruped... The cruelty of causing the
death of the last of the pogrils as a large mountain of fried eggs
materialised in front of him, just as the last of his species apart from
himself had starved to death? (He died of cholesterol poisoning some weeks
later), the tampering in alien civilisations by causing visions which leads
to their entire population giving up all technology and ultimately evolving
into foul smelling birds...

This government also sanctioned the mass genocide by intergalactic bypass of
not only an entire planet but every possible alternate version of that
planet, just because some psychiatrists didn't want it to finish its job.

Um, Gallifrey has already been indicted and convicted. There's only one
escaped convict who's been let off for good behavior. He's been sentence to
solitary confinement.

Oh puhlease, by their own records this, Doctor Daniel Jackson, had them
going thru highly advanced highly dangerous alien technology WITHOUT a
frelling clue as how to RETURN. Talk about bad medicine.

It's that kind of recklessness that the Tauri which has caused innumerable
deaths throughout SEVERAL GALAXIES. Worse, they've even meddled with

Aha! At last the truth is revealed. The Tauri LIKE blowing up stuff. "Cuz
xplosions good, wicked cool and fun!" That's their attitude in general. When

Thanks for the reminder. Yes, Fifth, a young trusting sentient--until the
Tauri betrayed his trust, his naivete, not once, but twice, contributing
this this young sentient's deliquency. Combine that with Reese, the first
replicator, who was happily sleeping away the centuries until the SGC
blundered in, dragged her to their world--and killed her. More casualities
of the SGC.

Chronological travel is heavily exaggerated.

And what about the morons that created Reese in the first place?

And what about leaving a network of wormholes unattended?
If you must prosecute, prosecute the Ancients that thought they were so cool
that they ascended and left their deadly toys there were innocent sentients

No no, not the rest of the galyfreyans, we know how many of them there are.
2. Or 1. Depending on when you are. (or if the other one pulled a trick out
of his hat)...

I suppose there's also the possibility of ONE more galyfreyan survivor, due
to being in a different universe. (Romana, she stayed in the place they
picked Adric up from, iirc)

I meant and the rest of the accusations...
The galactic government's backing of the most distruptive star drive ever
conceived, their planning department being corrupt and allowing the
destruction of inhabited planets just to please a few rich psychiatrists.
etc...
