As much as I hate to agree with Bugged, I think you're barking up the
wrong tree on this one. This rule refers specifically to papers to be
filed with the New Jersey courts. A letter sent by Bugged on his
firm's letterhead to an employer wouldn't be governed by those rules.
Now admittedly, I'm not familiar with the full situation, but if it's
true that he sent an unsubstantiated legal threat through the mail
then that certainly would be unethical and possibly actionable.
