I was just going through some old tapes when I found the season 9
episode "Ripple Effect". It remineded me of the cryptic line they put at
the end where the alternate Mitchel said "When the time comes, cut the
green one". Did they ever find out what he meant? I don't recall it ever
comming up in the rest of the series.

I don't think it was meant to tie in to anything, really. Sounded
like he was referencing disarming an explosive.

And considering that it was the alternate Mitchell who had been
defeated in his attempt to steal a ZPM, he might have been setting is
other self up for destruction.
