Kamel appeared in the early episode "Where No One Has Gone Before" as
a rather rude computer scientist. He is mostly famous for being in
"Monk" as the psychologist.

I've recently discovered Monk (great show btw) and I knew I saw that
psychiatrists face before... Now I know...
On TNG he played a propulsion scientist who believed he had improved Warp
Drive. In reality his assistant did everything ('The Traveler').
