Hi,

I started out about 3 or 4 years ago taking up a hobby I had as a late
teen early 20s: wine making. Well I have done most of what I wanted to
do, and I am now on a medicine that does not work well with wine. The
lack of a basement or temperature controlled area also made some of my
efforts a bit more futile then they should have been.

So I have the basic wine making stuff stored in a large 2'x3'x2' tub
in the back yard, many bottles filled with poor tasting fluid, a 5
gallon glass carboy, and 8+ 1 gallon bottles. I would like to make
money off of this, but I would accept anyone just taking them away and
using them. It is a good heavy duty starter kit. There are well over
100 bottles, taking up a space of about 4 feet by 1 carton wide by 2
cartons tall.

I am in Chino, CA. People who can not drive to my place need not
apply.

I also have a few bottles of very sweet wine that I can give away,
they are in 1 gallon jugs and will have to be bottled.

If any of you have any suggestions where I can pass these tools on, I
would like to hear. If I cannot sell them, maybe I should just dump
them in front of the wine supplies shop that is 20+ miles from here?

Sean

You might try a post to rec.org.sca, or an email message to one of the
email lists. You are in a different SCA kingdom than I am (Caid), so I
don't know the lists, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were one for
brewers and vintners.

Might be a Usenet group for brewers and vintners too.
