Fixed (0.0.4) Arcade permissions do not work for Unregistered / Unconfirmed in

Even if you grant full access for the Unregistered / Unconfirmed usergroup then cannot access or view the arcade.

Also... Going to the direct link http://www.the-sps.org/arcade/ while logged out results in a permissions error.
