I like it just below the shoulder with no bangs. I didn't like her with bangs in season four. Well, I liekd when it was short with a fringe...but ya...

I really liked her hairstyle at the end of Season 3, especially when she was being interrogated by CIA Counterintelligence, after Lauren entered CIA HQ posing as Sydney.
