hey welcome Agent Kernaghan! i have some info here about the DVD:
Packaging

There are three cases in the DVD set, two discs per case. Everyone has
seen the box front. The cover of each case is split between a picture of
Sydney and another character. The first case has Syd and Jack. The second
case has Syd and Vaughn. The third case has Syd and Sloane. It suffers
from the same oversight in packaging as the Buffy DVDs: Nothing tells you
which eps have the commentaries or what disks have bonus materials on
them. (The ScriptScanner is on Disk 1; other extras are on Disk 6.) I
hunted a bit for Easter Eggs but didn't find any. I'd be shocked if there
isn't some, though.

The cast commentary on ATY is the definite highlight of the DVD set. It's
probably the most fun commentary track I've ever listened to. They all
clearly like each other a lot. There is a lot of teasing of each other,
but there's also a lot of complimenting each other, such as "You're so
great in this scene!" or "I love when you do that!" And they're all quite
funny, as well. It was a chitchat-fest, with much talking over each other
at times. They were obviously doing the commentary late in Season 2, and
some of them had trouble remembering back ("Now who was this guy?"), so
others would explain. It was very amusing that they noticed and had some
of the same comments that fans had ("Haladki is so slimy!"), and loved
the same things the fans did (the train-station scene, Will's "One in
five!" line, Vaughn shoving the guy in the club, "Vaughn, it's bigger
than I thought"). MV does a lot of wacky British accents. RR was quite
distressed by this episode, because of Will's torture and Vaughn getting
submerged in the water. Someone forgot to turn off their cellphone. For
some reason, VG left in the middle of recording the commentary. His
hatred of props is a running joke. Speaking of running, don't know why
Vaughn was so slow (RR: "Michael, why aren't you running???), but we find
out why Michael was hampered: he pulled his hamstring during filming.
They refer to J.J. as "Jabrams." MV, JG, BC and MD are the most
talkative.

Gag Reel:
What's there is very funny, but there aren't many. No KW, a brief shot of
CL, a brief shot of MD, one with MV, one with RR & DA. JG and VG crack
each other up a lot. In my opinion, the funniest one involves Bradley
Cooper and Sarah Shahi (Jenny). And no, the infamous "Jen and Michael
throw in a kiss" outtake isn't on there, nor are a lot of the outtakes
that the fans saw at the ABC Preview Weekend (I think that's where they
showed some) last summer.

That was from Vartanho.com

And there's info from the ezydvd release here

I wonder if they have subtitles on DVD? I really need it because I'm Deaf. I always watch the show with subtitles on my TV. If you don't sure if it have subtitles then, don't worry about it! I can wait until you confirmed when you buy it and see if it have subtitles! ;) LOL!
