it's a messenger like MSN and ICQ, I think.....

most messenger services have the option to open a chat room but it is not permanent and it only works if you use that specific service.
ie -with AOL and MSN you can invite your friends into a group chat but the room is not permanent.

i don't know how to create a permanent one

[attachment=16038:attachment][attachment=16038:attachment]the only way u can get on the net at my school is in the computer lab( which is where we go with are class to type papers, so not every often!) and if u have a computer class but u have to do all the work first!! so I usally do it at home after school like now!!!
